How to use graphite documents

After opening the Graphite Document APP, register and log in, then click the [+] in the middle of the column below;

There are functions such as creating new documents, creating new forms, creating new folders, etc. Select the files that need to be created;

Taking creating a table as an example, clicking on the grid that needs to be edited will pop up the editing window. At this time, selecting the first "keyboard" icon will call the input method.

After entering the text, click [√] on the right to confirm the entered content and return to the file reading page.

【A】The font can be bolded, changed in color, italicized, etc.;

【田】Can automatically wrap lines, merge cells, and add background color to tables;

【Table】The table function can insert rows, delete and other operations on the table;

After editing the file, click the [Forward] icon in the upper right corner to share the file to WeChat, QQ, and DingTalk.

Warm reminder: The file sharing column is private, publicly writable, and public read-only. Partners can choose the sharing mode based on the actual situation. Both public services need to be bound to a mobile phone number and real name before they can be used.

      What should I do if I don’t have access rights to the graphite document?

​​ There is no permission when accessing graphite documents. It may be caused by improper settings of the sharer when sharing.

​ ​ 1. Log in to the graphite document and click the [New] button in the upper right corner of the interface.

2. In the pop-up options, select the [Document] function.

​ 3. Enter the editing interface of the graphite document and enter the content that needs to be edited. After editing the document content, click the [Share] button in the upper right corner of the interface.

​ ​ 4. In this window interface, you can set the permissions of the document sharing link, such as [can edit], [can only comment], [can only read]. After the permissions are set, you can copy the link and share it with others.

Currently, the official version of Graphite Document’s iOS and Android clients support offline editing. You can still edit documents normally when offline. When connected to the Internet, the content edited offline will be automatically synchronized.

      Can files be viewed offline in the official version of Graphite Document?

Currently, the official version of Graphite Documents does not support offline viewing of files on mobile devices.

      Can the official version of Graphite Documents share files to DingTalk?

​​The official mobile version of Graphite Documents currently does not support direct sharing to DingTalk. You can only add collaborators by sharing the link (copy and paste the URL) to the DingTalk APP, or by searching for the Graphite email account on DingTalk in Add Collaborators. (If the user of DingTalk Graphite Documents does not bind an email account, he cannot add collaborators through email)
