Listening function: It can record the phone number, time and duration of incoming or outgoing calls, and automatically determine the outgoing and incoming direction, local call or long distance. Supports fuzzy query and allows quick and concise playback of recording and backup data. Users can use LAN to remotely query and perform playback and backup under any given conditions.

Multi-hard drive recording: Up to six hard drives or partitions can be set up for recording, and an 80G hard drive can record up to 3,000 hours.

Automatically clear recordings: You can set automatic clearing, and the system will automatically clear the oldest phone recording files. For example: when the remaining space of a single hard disk is less than 600M (customized setting), the recording file 300M (customized setting) is automatically cleared, so that the system automatically loops recording to ensure that the system runs uninterrupted all year round, eliminating maintenance worries.

Line management: Annotate phone numbers and user names for lines, making management easy and clear at a glance. You can also set up 24-hour recording or time period recording, and you can set up to 3 time periods. For example, 8:30--12:00 14:00--17:30.

User operation settings: Users can add or delete login users according to specific usage conditions, independently assign user names and passwords, and have 18 types of functional permission assignments.

Special number setting: A maximum of 6 phone numbers can be set, and the system will automatically disable recording. For example, dial-up Internet number 163, etc., or a certain fax number.

Automatic backup function: It has automatic synchronization dual backup function, and can also be manually backed up to the directory you want to save through the system.

Telephone management: Powerful telephone management function, which can list and print all incoming and outgoing calls.

Disconnection warning: When the recording line is interrupted, a red warning mark will appear on the software interface.
