You need to create a new network share: set the username and password (default is Freedom, 11112222), and then click New Network Share;
Then click to turn on tethering.
Go to Control Panel-->Network and Internet-->Network and Sharing Center-->Change adapter settings

You will find that a network named "the username you just entered" appears here. This is the network you set yourself.

Right-click on the local connection-->Properties-->Sharing-->Check "Allow other network users...", and in the home network connection below, select the network you just set.
