Today, Party A purchases a batch of computers from Party B. For the purpose of friendly cooperation, the following contract is specified.

1. Purchase product name, price and requirements.

1. The computer configurations ordered by Party A from Party B (see Appendix 1 for details; computer equipment configuration sheet) total 3 units, with a unit price of: RMB; the total amount is: RMB.

2. Product acceptance, after-sales service and warranty

1. Party B shall supply the goods according to the configuration agreed upon by both parties, and Party A shall receive the goods according to the configuration order.

2. Acceptance standards: All product parts are the parts agreed in the contract attachments.

3. For any quality problems that occur during the warranty period of the products provided by Party B, and any equipment failures that occur when the chassis lock is not opened and the equipment is not damaged by external force, Party B will provide free maintenance, free replacement and other free services in accordance with the corresponding parts manufacturer’s warranty standards.
