Personal car rental agreement sample

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws, both parties have reached the following agreement on car rental matters through full consultation on the basis of equality and voluntariness, for both parties to abide by:

Article 1 Vehicle Condition

The model rented by the lessee is _________, the license plate number is _________, and must use _________ gasoline (diesel). The condition of the rental vehicle shall be subject to the "Rental Vehicle Handover Form" signed and confirmed by both parties sending the vehicle.

Article 2 Lease term and rent

The lessor will deliver the rented vehicle to the lessee starting from ______ on ______month______day______year______year and take it back at ______day______month______day______year______. At the request of the lessee, the lessor will send someone to deliver and pick up the vehicle at the location designated by the lessee. The lessor will charge an additional fee of _____ yuan. For rent and other information, please see the "Car Rental Registration Form" attached to this contract. The lessee's renewal of rent should be processed two days before the prepaid rent expires.
