u3000u3000Article 7u3000If Party B fails to pay according to the time agreed in this contract, it shall pay liquidated damages to Party A. The liquidated damages shall be calculated as ten thousandths of the day of overdue payment, and the liquidated damages shall be calculated from the second day of the payment period of this contract. u3000u3000Party A changes the architectural design of the house without Party B's consent, and Party B has the right to unilaterally terminate this contract.

u3000u3000Article 9u3000Party A shall not change the floor plan of the community that has been agreed with Party B without authorization (see Appendix 6). If changes are really necessary, written consent from Party B must be obtained.
