How is Form Master billed?

Most of the functions of Form Master can be used for free, such as creating surveys, questionnaires, sales records, etc. Charges are mainly based on the amount of data.

You are free to choose between Free, Basic, Pro or Ultimate. The paid version is billed on a natural monthly basis. Data usage will be reset to zero on the first day of each month, and other usage will not be cleared.

If you have been using the Professional Edition for a while and want to further upgrade to the Enterprise Edition, you only need to pay the package price difference to upgrade, and the remaining days of the Standard Edition will be converted into the Enterprise Edition for you. If you need to make up for the price difference, please contact us to adjust the price before payment.

How to pay and provide invoice?

Currently, Form Master only supports Alipay online payment.

We provide invoices. When you purchase our paid version, please check "require invoice" and fill in the invoice information. We will issue an invoice and send it to you as soon as possible. The invoice amount can be accumulated, and the postage is paid by the person who applies for the invoice, which is about 22 yuan.

What should I do if my payment is due?

Before the payment is due, we will also notify you by email to renew in time. After the payment expires, you will be dropped back to the free version, but there will be no impact on the data that has been collected. If you renew again, the functions will be restored as before.

What should I do if the number of data items reaches the upper limit?

Once the number of data items in your form for the current month reaches the upper limit agreed upon by that version, you will no longer be able to receive new data. You can upgrade the version to expand capacity or clear collected data.
