Instructions for use of photo review and processing tools

This tool is a registration photo review and processing tool. Only photos that pass the review can be uploaded normally during registration.

The source photo file must be a standard ID digital photo with a white background, JPG format, larger than 30KB, and pixels >= 300*215.

To ensure photo clarity, it is prohibited to enlarge photos that do not meet the required number of pixels for use.

Applicants are responsible for the quality of the photos. If the quality of the photos affects the exam, results or certificates, the applicants themselves will be responsible.

​​ 1. Click the "Open Photo File" button and select the source photo file to open:

​ 2. If the source photo meets the requirements, it will automatically crop out the registration photo that meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, a problem with the source photo will be prompted:

​​ 3. Click the "Save Photo File" button to save the photo file that has passed the review (the default file name is: registration photo.jpg):

Upload the saved "Registration Photo.jpg" file to the registration system as the registration photo.
