‌Phenomena‌: When the user logs in with a new device, it is prompted that "the device has been bound" or "the activation code is invalid", resulting in the inability to play.

‌Reason‌: EVPlayer adopts the "one machine, one code" mechanism, which binds the device hardware information (such as CPU, motherboard, hard disk serial number) upon first login. Reinstalling the system, restoring factory settings, hardware upgrades (such as replacing the motherboard) or flashing the phone will change the device information and trigger the activation code to become invalid.

‌Solution‌:

‌Contact the video provider‌: Apply to the merchant or course provider to unbind the old device or increase the number of authorized devices (additional fees may apply).

‌Avoid actively changing device information‌: Be cautious when performing device restoration to factory settings, hardware upgrades, etc. that may modify hardware information.

‌Multi-device authorization management‌
