Shipper

​ ​ 1. The rights of the shipper: require the carrier to transport the goods to the destination in accordance with the time and place specified in the contract. After the goods are consigned, if the shipper needs to change the arrival location or consignee, or cancel the consignment, the shipper has the right to request the carrier to change the content of the contract or terminate the contract. Carrier
