1. Create an Excel table and require that the pinyin text content can be added to the table.

2. Select the text form "Baidu Experience Network" where pinyin needs to be added, find the "Pinyin Guide" button in the toolbar, and click "Pinyin Settings" under the electric shock device's drop-down menu.

3. In the Pinyin settings menu box that pops up, change the alignment from the default "Left Alignment" to "Centered" and click "OK" to save.

4. Select the text form "Baidu Experience Network" where pinyin needs to be added, and click "Edit Pinyin" under "Pinyin Guide".

5. After clicking "Edit Pinyin", a pinyin filling box will appear above the content of "Baidu Experience Network". Enter the pinyin style of "bai du pin yin wang" to check the table changes (if the table does not change visually, you need to proceed to the next step).

6. Select the text form "Baidu Experience Network" where pinyin needs to be added, click "Pinyin Guide" to display the effect as shown in the picture, or click "Show Pinyin Field" below it to display the effect as shown in the picture.
