Jianghai Securities Co., Ltd. is the only state-controlled securities firm within the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province. The company was established in December 2003. It was initially formed by the merger of the securities department of the former Harbin International Trust and Investment Company, Harbin Securities Trading Center and the business department of Harbin Financial Securities Company. The registered capital at the time of establishment was 109 million yuan. Jianghai Securities currently has a registered capital of 1.363 billion yuan and 11 shareholders. The main shareholders are large enterprise groups with state-owned assets background. The top three shareholders are Harbin Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Huarong Asset Management Company and Heilongjiang Dazheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. The total investment ratio is 95.93%.
