Exam safety emergency plan

u3000u30001. Schools and classes should strengthen examination safety publicity and strengthen teachers and students’ safety awareness.

Class teachers should strengthen students' regular education and management, especially strengthen students' examination purpose and examination psychological education, and try to eliminate students' negative emotions and behaviors caused by excessive examination pressure. Leaders and teachers on duty during the week will strengthen the supervision of student safety and discipline during exams. The Academic Affairs Office will make arrangements for education and teaching during student exams, fully estimate problems, and prevent problems before they occur.

u3000u30003. Special emphasis is placed on students’ hygiene and safety (exercise hygiene, rest hygiene, and study hygiene). Classrooms should be well ventilated, no strenuous exercise should be done during exams, and air conditioning should be used rationally when resting at home to avoid catching cold.

u3000u30004. All teachers should enhance their awareness of examination services for students. Invigilators should be kind to students, correct their examination style, and take strict examination discipline. Once students are found to have violated examination disciplines, they should clarify the facts and handle them appropriately.

u3000u30005. Pay attention to the body expressions of candidates at all times to prevent students from becoming dizzy or suffering from other illnesses due to exams. Once discovered, send them to the hospital for treatment immediately.

u3000u30006. Ensure that teachers and students have a hygienic diet, do not eat spoiled, stale or unclean food, and do not drink dirty or raw water to ensure gastrointestinal health.

u3000u30007. Maintain hygiene inside and outside the examination room, and do not litter food packaging, peels, paper scraps and other garbage.

u3000u30008. Strengthen duty patrols during breaks to prevent conflicts between students, candidates and others.
