(5) Comply with the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals", "Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals" and "General Rules for the Storage of Commonly Used Chemical Dangerous Goods"

Applicants who store flammable, explosive, toxic, or easily diffuse hazardous chemicals shall, in addition to complying with the conditions specified in paragraph 1 of this article, also comply with the provisions of the "Petrochemical Industry Combustible Gas and Toxic Gas Detection and Alarm Design Code"
