Administrative Measures for the Use of Fine Tickets

In order to rationalize, standardize and program the collection procedures of various fines of the company, this system is specially formulated.

1. The company uses fines to impose fines on any department or individual. Company fines are divided into special fines and general fines. Special fine sheet is a one-card processing form formulated by the company for the handling procedures of a certain special matter. General fines, that is, in addition to special fines, are "general fines" uniformly formulated by the company that can be used by all departments, offices, and sections (hereinafter referred to as departments).

2. The Finance Department is responsible for the unified organization and formulation of special fines and general fines. Any department has the right to submit a written application to the Finance Department for formulating a special fine based on actual work needs (a first draft will be designed based on its own ideas), which will be jointly carried out by the Finance Department, the person in charge of the applying department, relevant business personnel and the person in charge of the relevant department. Discuss and deliberate, thereby straightening out the procedures, revising the first draft or redrafting a discussion draft, and finally formulating a special fine after repeated discussions and revisions.
