Kingdee K3 anti-accounting tool

For some enterprises, internal accounts and external accounts need to be kept in the same K3 system, and the internal account sets need to be quickly hidden during tax audits. This tool software was developed for this purpose.
This tool software is applicable to all versions of Kingdee K3. This software does not require installation, just run it directly.
 

Instructions for use

The software can save the last settings. When you need to hide the account set, open it and click the link, then click the Hide button. The internal account set can be hidden in three seconds. The same goes for recovering accounts.
 

Note

This software does not require running on the server and can be remotely controlled within the local area network. The hidden account sets will no longer be displayed in Kingdee's account set management (if they are still visible, refresh them and they will disappear). Not only can I no longer log in through the Kingdee K3 system, it is not displayed in the login drop-down list of accounts and cannot be found even in the database backend.

The principle of reverse audit

This is achieved by cutting off the connection between the Kingdee K3 software and the designated account set and removing the account set database entity from the database platform. Currently, the tax audit software can bypass the Kingdee system and directly connect to the back-end database to collect financial data. However, after this tool separates the account set entity from the back-end database, the audit software will not be able to collect any data on the account set. The software itself will not perform any operations on the information in the account set data entity. You can create a test account set at will to try it out.
