This software is mainly used for statistical analysis of students' periodic test results in the whole school, the whole town or the whole district (county). It can also count the information of a single class. The software also has a built-in integral formula to measure the overall level of the class. You only need to select an Excel file with student grades. No special settings are required, as long as the class, name and grades are included (can this requirement be lowered further?). It can automatically determine the total score of each subject based on the students' scores and automatically get the number of exams. It can also count only the top few or the top percentile scores of each class according to your requirements. The results are directly output to the familiar Excel file. 【Main functions of this software】

1. Users can set the integral calculation formula by themselves;

2. Able to collect statistics on the average scores of each class, the number of outstanding students, the outstanding rate and other information based on the class (or student number);

3. If the grade tables of each class in the Excel file are separate worksheets (such as: "1", "2", "3"...) and are not summarized into one table, they can also be automatically analyzed;

4. Ability to import teacher information for each class;

5. When the weights of the average score, excellent rate and passing rate are all set to 0, the points and ranking columns will be automatically removed.

6. This software is also a powerful tool for class teachers. For example, to evaluate each group, you only need to change the group header name to "Class".

7. This software can continuously analyze the transcripts of multiple units, but the order of subjects in these transcripts must be consistent. If you only want to count one class, please change the name of the worksheet where the grades are located (such as "Sheet1") to "1", or add the "Class" column to the grade table and fill it all with "1"

[Transcript format requirements]

1. This software only counts the leftmost worksheet in the Excel file; (currently it only supports version 03, teachers using other versions can save the file as version 97-2003).

2. There must be column heading information such as "Class" and "Name" in the score sheet. "Name" must be followed by grades. These words should not appear elsewhere. If there is a total score, it must be placed at the end.
