PDFedit

PDFedit is a free PDF document editor. PDFedit can fully edit PDF documents. You can change the original PDF object (for advanced users) or use many GUI functions. Functionality can be easily extended using a scripting language (ECMAScript). The PDFedit editor is provided for you to download by Huajun Software Park.

PDFedit is a free open source PDF editor and a library for working with PDF documents. PDFedit includes a PDF manipulation library based on xpdf, a GUI, a set of command line tools and a PDF editor.

The PDFedit gui is based on a project led by Jozef Misutka based on the pdfedit library implemented by Eva Peskova. It's still in beta and we're just finalizing the development process.

It includes an installer and all required libraries, but includes standard c++ redistributable components. The PDF editor should be able to open all PDF files on Windows systems. It is open source but not in the main branch of our VCS. If you encounter any problems, please feel free to send us feedback with new questions. In the (hopefully near) future it should be the same as the gui on *nix systems.
