The onekeytools plug-in is a powerful ppt graphic and text layout artifact. This plug-in can layout both pictures and text with one click. The onekeytools plug-in function covers shapes, pictures, color correction, tables, charts, audio, auxiliary and other fields. It has a variety of filters to choose from for picture processing, such as one-click mosaic/picture polar coordinates, etc. It is recommended that users in need download and use it.
Plug-in introduction:
OK plug-in is independently developed by PPT designers and trainers "just for design". Starting from January 2015 to May 2017, a total of 7 version updates were carried out. The latest version is OneKeyTools 8 Ultimate version, which is also the last update of the OK plug-in.
OK 8 Ultimate consists of two tabs: "OneKey 8" and "OneKey 8 Plus". It improves dozens of old functions and adds many new functions: it supports batch processing of tables and charts; it adds audio (WAV and MP3) splitting, merging, mixing, conversion, and recording functions; it also adds reading tools (text to speech) and OK commands (speech recognition) functions. This is also the first PPT plug-in to introduce and integrate speech synthesis and speech recognition functions.
Installation instructions:
1. Must know: OK’s full name is OneKeyTools, which supports WinXP, Win7, Win8, and Win10 systems; it supports Microsoft Office 2007 and above (WPS does not support it, and Microsoft Office on Apple systems does not support it).
2. First install "OneKeyTools 8 complete installation package.exe". After the installation is complete, open the Microsoft Office PowerPoint software. If the OneKey 8 and OneKey 8 Plus tabs appear, it means the installation is correct. If the tab does not appear after installation, please check "OK plug-in installation method and problem collection.txt" to try to solve it.
3. OK8 has added a new reading tool that supports text-to-speech. WinXP system needs to download and install "OK8 Reading Tool Voice Engine and Runtime Environment Package.zip". If you are running Windows 7 or above, you can use the built-in speech engine in Windows without installing the files in this compressed package.
4. OK8 adds a new voice call OK function. Due to the speech recognition rate problem of Windows itself, it is recommended to download and install "OK8 Voice Configuration File Import Tool.zip" for Win7 and above systems (XP does not support speech recognition, so you don't need to read this step). Follow the instructions in the description file in the compressed package to import the voice configuration file.
