​​ 1. The cooperation method between Party A and Party B is not exclusive. Both parties can cooperate with other corresponding partners while cooperating.

Partnership Agreement Template Obligations

①Partnership property does not belong to individual partners, but belongs to all partners. Therefore, the handling of partnership affairs should be jointly decided by the partners. ③For partnership debts, partners are jointly and severally liable.
