The security deposit required to be paid is calculated according to the following formula:
(1) The proportion of the number of disabled people who should be employed = the number of employees of the employer in the previous year × 1.5%;
(2) Amount payable = (number of persons with disabilities who should be employed in proportion - number of persons with disabilities actually employed by the employer in the previous year) × average annual salary of the employer's active employees in the previous year;
(3) The actual amount payable = the amount payable - the amount of reduction or exemption.
