When using the Alipay transfer to bank card function, some Alipay users will encounter situations where the Alipay transfer is successful, but the other party's bank card does not arrive. After checking the Alipay transfer records, it is discovered that after the Alipay transfer to the bank card is successful, a refund problem occurs, and the money transferred to the bank card from Alipay is refunded. So, what should you do if you encounter a "bounce" when transferring money from Alipay to a bank card? Let’s take a look at today’s Alipay tutorial!

Alipay transfer to bank card

1. What should I do if the transfer from Alipay to the bank card does not arrive?

There are two situations:

1) If the account is not received within 2 hours, it is recommended to pay attention within t+2 working days.

2) The status of "Processed Successfully" does not necessarily mean that the bank has entered the account. Under normal circumstances, a refund will occur (it will take about 7 working days from the time the refund is successfully processed, and the processing speed is determined by the bank).

If the transfer to the bank card fails, the payment funds (including service fees/free limits/points) will be returned to the original route.

2. What is refund?

Refunded check: After the user's transfer application is submitted to the bank for processing through Alipay, the bank returns the result that the transfer is successful, and Alipay notifies the user that the transfer is successful (the SMS notification and the Alipay page update the transfer status), but after a period of time, the bank again notifies Alipay that the transfer failed and returns the transfer amount to Alipay, and Alipay returns the failed amount to the user's Alipay account. Reason for refund: Transfer applications from some banks (such as Postal Savings Bank of China) need to go through the payment system of the People's Bank of China first, and then be credited by the receiving bank (such as Postal Savings Bank of China). At this time, if there is an account number, account name or other reasons that cannot be entered into the account, the receiving bank will return the money to the original remittance bank (here is Alipay). Therefore, for a transfer, the payment system of the People's Bank of China will first return a successful status, but if the receiving bank fails to enter the account, it will notify the transfer failure again.
