Q: After successful registration, I cannot log in to my account. Why?

A: Register as a Huajun developer to submit a platform account and submit the latest version of the software. After approval, it will be updated simultaneously on each partner site.
Q: How long does it usually take to pass the review?
A: The reviewers will review the software within 3 working days, please be patient.
Q: Why can’t pictures be uploaded?
A: Please upload images in JPG format and follow the requirements of the image upload module. The size cannot exceed 1MB.
Q: Why is my software unsuccessful after submission, and the reason displayed is "Duplicate inclusion"?
A: Duplicate inclusion means that the software already exists in Huajun Software Park or cooperative sites. If you can confirm the ownership of the software, please send an email to author@onlinedown.net, attaching the name of the software that needs to be claimed + page address (URL) + claim Developer backend account + all software qualification certificates, software copyright, and other relevant certification documents.
After receiving the email and confirming it, the claimed software will be attributed to the claiming developer account.

Q: I don’t want to put the software on the shelves, how do I delete it?
A: To delete software, you need to apply for delisting. Also send an email to author@onlinedown.net, attaching the reason for delisting + software name + page address (URL) + developer backend account + all software qualification certificates, software copyright, and other related Supporting documents.
Q: Are mobile applets included?
A: The current scope of inclusion: Windows, Android, iOS, Mac software, small programs and web page software are not included yet.
Q: Only software can be added in the background. How to update the software?
