Export tax rebate declaration system for foreign trade enterprises

According to the "Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on the Issuance of the Measures for the Classified Management of Export Tax Refunds (Exemptions) by Enterprises", the export tax refund declaration system will now be upgraded and adjusted.

The version number of this upgrade is: Foreign Trade Enterprise Export Tax Refund Declaration System V15.0sp2

Note: This patch is not applicable to enterprise users in Liaoning and Dalian. Users in these regions are asked to download it from the Export Tax Refund Consulting Network branch.

The adjustments in this upgrade are as follows:

The original "Classification Management Codes: A, B, C, D" has been adjusted to "Export Enterprise Management Categories: Category I, Category II, Category III, Category IV".

Other adjustments:

1. To optimize system data backup, you can choose between "full data backup" and "business data backup";

2. The file format of the declaration data is adjusted from the previous DBF file to a zip compressed package.
