This is a free small software for making and printing ordinary high school diplomas, which can save you a lot of time. Data needs to be entered before use. First open the Excel template provided by the software and enter all the data (enter the birthday, the year, month and day of the birthday do not need to be entered. HuJi household registration does not need to be entered), then click the button "Import data from EXCEL template" to import. After the data is prepared, click the "Preview & Print" button to preview and print. If you need to change the report, please click "Report Design". After making the changes, you need to save the designed form. Click Preview in the design window to print. We use the Jolimark FP-5900K flat-push printer, which prints very well and at a fast speed. For other printer models, the left margin may need to be adjusted.

How to operate tables with simple SQL:

For some fields with the same value such as Province, City, etc., you can use the following SQL.
UPDATE info SET Province="Guangdong Province", City="Guangzhou"
or
UPDATE info SET SchoolName="Your school name"

Enter the SQL statement into the input box to the right of the "Execute SQL" button, and then click this button. Before clicking, make sure the checkbox "Return Result Set" is turned off. If a result set is returned after execution (such as SQL starting with SELECT), you must first turn on the checkbox "Return Result Set" before executing the SQL. For example, SELECT * FROM info.
Or close the software and open it again.

v0.2 adds data import from Excel. You can directly preview all data or specify how many students' data to preview.
