Introduction to Xinyuan personnel and salary management system:

1. Wages are distributed and managed according to multiple categories (can be used as multiple salary disbursement methods in one month), and summary calculations across salary categories are supported.

2. Multiple accounts sets are managed independently, and one account set corresponds to one file.

3. Salaries and related items can be modified, increased or decreased freely, and there are 31 personnel items that can be modified by users.

4. Personnel files can include photos. In addition to personnel files, salary and related data are saved on a monthly basis.

5. Freely define the calculation relationship between projects (support VBA functions), and support the participation of last month's data in the calculation of this month's data formula. Automatic calculation of personal income tax (optional).

6. Support automatic real-time data calculation/manual unified calculation selection.

7. Flexibly generate reports and support print preview of reports, including salary details, salary slips, and department summary tables. Commonly used tables (such as salary tables/strips) can be saved as templates for monthly printing. Reports can contain pictures. Reports can be saved as backups and exported to RTF format files for editing in MS Word.

8. Bank-issued data files can be generated, and the data format can be customized and modified (provided by the issuing bank).

9. Support multi-user management and simple user permission settings.

10. Supports external data such as Excel/MDB/DBF to be imported into the system, and can receive monthly report data from subordinate departments such as electricity bills, water bills, piecework, and timing data. Data from this system can be exported to common data formats such as Excel.
