1 Permission description

"Wisdom Tree Preschool Education Interactive Cloud Platform" school administrator rights, the main function settings are:

Kindergarten management: Kindergarten school introduction, addition and management of classes, principals, teachers, students, batch addition of students and batch class adjustment management.

Garden management (school attendance machine): Attendance machine management, carousel settings, children's attendance settings, teacher's attendance settings, attendance card management, children's attendance statistics, teacher's attendance statistics.

Garden management (non-attendance machine schools): Attendance settings.

Official website management: Kindergarten introduction, campus news, teacher style, and children’s works can be added and managed for easy viewing by Wisdom Tree client users.

System management: password modification and background login account management

System Announcement: Inform kindergarten users of system-related announcement information

Add students: Serves students’ parents, mainly for them to open Wisdom Tree parent client accounts.

Adding teachers: Serving school teachers, it is mainly used for teachers to open Wisdom Tree teacher client accounts.

Adding a principal: Serving the school management, it is mainly used for the school management to open the Wisdom Tree principal account.

1. Enter the school administrator’s login account and password in the picture above.

2 Kindergarten management

Click [Kindergarten Management] on the left menu of the system homepage to expand the following 7 menu items:

2.1 Kindergarten setting

Click [Kindergarten Name Settings] in the [Kindergarten Management] column. The page is displayed as follows:

n Edit the school name, and the name will be displayed on the client school official website page;

n Select the province, city and region where the school is located;

n Click Submit.

2.2 Class management

Click [Class Management] in the [Kindergarten Management] column to expand as shown in the figure:

If it is a class with the same name, the class name will be followed by the name of the class teacher. If there is no class teacher, the name of the first teacher in the class will be added.

Add a class: Click the [Add Class] button, the page will pop up to add a class, enter the class name, and click Save.

Promotion: Click [Promote], modify the class name and complete the promotion operation;

Modify class: Click [Modify] to modify the class name;

Delete class: Click [Delete], and the data will be deleted;

Graduation: Click [Graduation] to graduate the class. All children in the graduating class will be removed from the kindergarten. The class will enter the graduation state and no more children can be added. You can still log in with a child account, but you can no longer see kindergarten updates. The [Graduation] button can only be operated during the graduation season from July to September. During non-graduation seasons, it is gray and cannot be operated for graduation.

2.3 Teacher management

Click [Teacher Management] in the [Kindergarten Management] column to expand as shown in the figure:

2.3.1 New

Click [Add], and a new teacher pop-up window will pop up on the page, as shown in the figure:

Edit the teacher's name, mobile phone number (i.e., Wisdom Tree login account), title (you can choose teacher, homeroom teacher, life teacher, etc.), select the class, and click submit. The default password is 123456. Account status: including [Enabled] (default setting, indicating that the account can log in to the Wisdom Tree client), [Disabled] (indicating that the account is reserved for use and cannot log in to the Wisdom Tree client temporarily)

After submission, just like creating a class, the page will prompt: Added successfully.

2.3.2 Delete, modify and check

View the added teacher information and click Modify to modify the teacher's information. Click Save to complete the modification of the teacher's information; click Delete to delete the information.

Query: Select the class or teacher name to perform target query.

2.3.3 Export

Click the [Export] button, as shown in the figure [Teacher Information.xls] is downloaded, and the teacher information is displayed by class:

2.3.4 Batch import

Click [Batch Import] to pop up the batch import dialog box. Follow the steps to complete the import.

If you have any questions, you can click [Online Customer Service] to talk to customer service directly online, or call the customer service hotline directly and ask the customer service MM to help import.

2.3.5 Correct pronunciation

Click [Correct Pronunciation], and a pop-up window will display the Correct Pronunciation function. Enter the same word as the teacher's name, but it cannot be polyphonic. This function is mainly used by teachers to correct the pronunciation when swiping the card on the attendance machine, as shown below:

Q: Download and install Wisdom Tree

A: Log in to the official website of Wisdom Tree at www.bbtree.com. Apple users choose the iPhone client to download, and Android users choose the Android client to download. After the download is completed, just perform the installation operation. If you have the Wisdom Tree QR code, you can also scan it through QQ or WeChat to download and install the client.

Q: Smart tree compatible models

A: iPhone and Android are common smart models, supporting iOS6.0 and Android2.3 or above.

Q: How to obtain the account number and password?

A: Use the mobile phone number or the user ID provided by the teacher to log in to the parent account. The default initial password is 123456. The parent’s mobile phone number must be entered on the Smart Tree platform to successfully log in.

Q: The content in [Paradise] cannot be played

A: Check whether the network connection is normal. Or log out of the client, log in again and try again. If the problem is not the above, please add QQ group: 291927444 and send a message to our administrator to help you answer it. Note: Since most of the content in [Paradise] is audio or video, it will consume some data, so please try to use it in a WIFI environment.

Q: Become a class star

A: The class star is the most active baby (parent) in the class in the wisdom tree. According to the ranking of points, the one with the highest points is the class star. Babies who become class stars will be displayed in the class [circle] of the Wisdom Tree.

Q: Forgot your login password?

A: If you forget your login password, please contact the kindergarten teacher. The teacher can help you reset the password. You can also contact the staff by adding QQ group 291927444 to reset it.

Q: Invite family

A: Open the Wisdom Tree [Me] page, click [Invite Family], find the users who have not been invited, select [Invite], and enter the mobile phone number of the invited user. At this time, the invited user will receive a verification code text message from Wisdom Tree. Within the valid time, enter the verification code correctly, click Next, set an initial password for the invited user, and confirm submission. The invited user information lights up and the family member is invited successfully.

Q:Children’s attendance management

A: Child attendance is a window dedicated to kindergarten management. It can help teachers record children's attendance more conveniently. Submit it with one click, and the system will automatically count the children's attendance on the day. View the list of students who did not come to school on that day by checking the date, and you can also make up for the attendance, making the child attendance management more efficient.

Q: Director’s mailbox

A: The principal’s mailbox is a platform provided by Wisdom Tree for teachers to feedback problems to the principal. Teachers can choose to send them anonymously or with their real names.

Q: Principal’s weekly schedule

A: The weekly schedule is an information window provided by Wisdom Tree for the principal to understand the teacher's weekly schedule. The principal can filter the classes and view the weekly schedule of each class, which is convenient for supervising teachers to manage teaching and improve the school's scientific teaching level.

Q: Publish school affairs notices

A: On the Wisdom Tree [Cloud Office] page, open the [School Announcement] page, click the add icon in the upper right corner, fill in the title of the notice and the content of the notice and submit it. All teachers can view the successful school announcement.
