Totoro Inventory Management System

Compared with the previous version, the input convenience has been greatly improved. In addition to the basic inventory functions (including receiving, shipping, unpacking and retail, quantity/cost adjustment, basic inventory, free samples and problem goods management, inventory and database backup /recovery function, etc.), provides:

Server/multi-machine environment (for registered version only).

At the specified time, automatically back up the database.

Inventory reminder function (that is, when the inventory quantity of a product is greater/less than the specified maximum/minimum quantity, an Excel file is generated and can be set to automatically generate a reminder email at a specified time and send it to the system administrator).

Import all product information, customer/supplier information, warehouse internal location settings, initial inventory quantity/cost, etc. from Excel files for the convenience of first-time users (only for registered version).

The Totoro inventory system can track the warehouse location of the goods, which customers and salespersons ordered them, etc. Users can also customize the inventory age days to generate inventory age reports.

This system can be multi-company/multi-currency/multi-language (currently supports English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese).

This system has two security systems: set by the user's security level (set a security level for each menu selection); or set by the user's name whether to use specified menu selections.

If you have installed Java JRE and MySQL, you can directly download and run setup.bat to set up, and then run dc.bat to enter the system. Please refer to the installation guide for details.
