2. In accordance with national policies and regulations, actively cultivate financial resources, organize income, and strive to improve the self-sufficiency of business funds.

3. According to the provisions of the accounting system and financial system, conscientiously do daily accounting work such as accounting, accounting, reconciliation, and reimbursement of budgetary funds, extrabudgetary funds, various special funds, and special funds. Make sure that the vouchers are legal, true and complete, the accounts are complete, the figures are correct, analyze frequently, truthfully reflect the situation, keep accounts in a timely manner, settle accounts on time, and report accounts as scheduled.
