Article 1 In order to further standardize the archiving and management of electronic documents of our company and ensure the safe and effective use of archived electronic documents, these interim measures are formulated in accordance with the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 2 Electronic documents are documents that are stored in digital form on carriers such as magnetic tapes, magnetic disks, and optical disks, and are read and processed by computers and other digital devices, and can be transmitted on communication networks.

Article 3 The archives office shall supervise and guide the archiving and management of electronic documents.

Article 4 All electronic documents that have preservation value must be archived by the forming unit. The archiving scope, storage period and confidentiality classification of electronic documents shall be implemented with reference to the relevant national regulations on the archiving of paper documents.
