1 Business definition

"Caiyun Address Book" is a free address book information management service launched in conjunction with China Mobile's Caiyun platform. This service can keep the contact information in the user's mobile terminal consistent with the Caiyun address book platform on the network side, and can be used through a variety of terminals (mobile phones, computers, etc.) and using a variety of access methods (client access, WWW access access access, WAP access, SMS) to query and manage address book information.

2 Main functions

Smart dialing: Able to perform intelligent searches based on entered numbers and name abbreviations, and display frequently used contacts first

Contact backup: Supports cross-platform secure encrypted cloud backup (including grouping). If you change or lose your phone, you can download the backed up address book with one click.

Contact deduplication: Contact information with the same name and phone number is automatically merged, and part of the same information can also be merged manually.

Quick location: Quickly find the corresponding contact entry by the initials of the contact's name

Group management: Use a single operation process to guide users to successfully complete group-related operations, and also have functions such as sending group text messages and setting group ringtones.

Number location: Display the location information of incoming and outgoing calls on the call record interface.

Suspected harassing call reminder: monitor incoming calls within three seconds of ringing, remind the user of the ringing time, and determine whether there are outbound calls and harassing calls

Call filtering: Filter out missed calls from all call records and display them individually

3 Conditions of use

Non-China Mobile users can enjoy the functions of Caiyun address book data synchronization, mobile client, and WEB portal, but cannot enjoy the functions of WAP website and SMS access.

After a China Mobile user is suspended due to arrears or the account is protected, the platform will suspend the user's account based on the business suspension notification automatically initiated by the boss, and will not provide services to the user during this period.

4 Business rates

Business function fee: free

GPRS traffic fees generated by client downloads, synchronization operations and WAP access are charged normally.
