1. License plate recognition system description:

1) Vehicle entry:

①. The vehicle drives into the license plate camera capture area and triggers the ground sensing coil.

②. The license plate recognition system automatically captures the image of the vehicle and recognizes the license plate number, and then obtains the vehicle category by searching the database

③. Use the license plate number data to determine whether there is a vehicle inside, so that the barrier gate can be opened automatically. External vehicles require manual confirmation. Blacklist comparison

④. Release the gate and record the entry time of the vehicle. The entire process is completed automatically without staff intervention. The vehicle is always in driving state and has no pauses.

2) Vehicle leaves:

①. The vehicle drives into the license plate camera capture area and triggers the ground sensing coil.

②. The license plate recognition system automatically captures the image of the vehicle and recognizes the license plate number, and then obtains the vehicle category by searching the database

③. If the vehicle is an internal vehicle, the gate will automatically open to let the vehicle pass. The computer calls up the captured images of the car when it enters, the time of entry, etc.

④. If a vehicle is blacklisted, whether it is a temporary or fixed vehicle, the gate will not open and the system will send out an alarm signal to notify the staff to pay attention.

⑤. The vehicle crosses the entrance and exit, enters and leaves the parking lot, and the system records the vehicle’s departure time.
