Reason: The audio device is not configured correctly, the virtual sound card is not installed, and the computer performance is insufficient.

Solution:

Check if the microphone/speaker is the default input/output device.

Install a virtual sound card (if the integrated sound card needs to be paired with Voicemeeter, the independent sound card needs to be installed in a rack).
