​​Drawing Interface: Ez Architect’s clean and intuitive interface puts all the tools at your fingertips. You can place the tool palette anywhere you want or display it neatly on the left side of the screen. The palette can also be hidden when not in use.

When you select a tool, instructions for using it appear at the bottom of the screen so that anyone can produce a high-quality floor plan, home design, or any other type of drawing in minutes

Texture function: Allows you to attach graphic files as textures to objects, allowing you to create realistic graphics. It also offers a library of over 500 seamless texture files in categories such as tile, floor, wood, carpet, wallpaper, metal, fabric, flooring, and more.

Cavity Wall Tool: With the Cavity Wall Tool, you can easily create cavity walls or draw roads, etc. The intersection of the cavity walls opens automatically. Cavity walls can be colored and their width can be set in the units (feet, meters, etc.) used.

​ ​ DXF compatible file formats: Supports multiple file formats to easily share data with other applications. It can read files saved in dxf format by CAD programs such as AutoCad. You can also save drawings in pdf format, making sharing your work easy.

Unlimited paper sizes: You can enlarge your drawing to any size and print it on multiple segmented pages. Page size is determined by the printer.

File Compatibility with Abracadata Architecture: Floor plan design and home design documents and libraries created with Abracadata’s “Architecture” program can be read. If you created any old material using "Architecture", you can use it again through "Ez Architect".

The interface of this tool is similar to one of the standard drawing programs such as Paint, so navigation should not be a problem for any user.

​ ​Provides some standard drawing tools such as text, line, arc, zoom, ruler, pencil, arrow, repeat and freehand drawing.

Objects can be placed in front or behind, rotated, flipped, locked or grouped together; as you can see, there are many ways to use or arrange them.

                                     You can align it and change font settings (such as name, style, size, color, effects). When it comes to layout, you can specify drawing dimensions, scale and measurement units, display rulers and grids, view the entire drawing and browse layers and edit them individually.

With Ez-Architect you can also edit colors and patterns, save and load color palettes, create and manage object libraries as well as view object properties and copy reports to the clipboard. In the Preferences screen, you can edit options for wall tools, automatic dimension lines, drawing methods, drag hand size, and more.

​​This program uses a small amount of CPU and system memory, so it does not affect the overall performance of your computer. It is very command sensitive and comes with user documentation. No error dialog was displayed in the test, and the app did not hang or crash. All things considered, Ez-Architect is a great app for users who want to seamlessly draw house plans but want to introduce themselves to more sophisticated sketching design applications such as AutoCAD.
