      1. Why can’t the video imported into H5 be played?

Answer: Make sure the video format is MP4, and the size is controlled within 20M. Also pay attention to the format of the video. The video encoding must be H.264, and the audio encoding must be AAC.

      2. I want an object to move continuously in a loop. How can I achieve this?

Answer: This can be achieved using component animation.

      3. Why can’t my background music play?

Answer: The sound formats supported by Mugeda are mp3 and wav;

Make sure the sound file size is within 10M (usually it is recommended that the sound file size after compression is about 500kb).

      4. Why does my background music only play on one page?

Answer: The background music of the entire work is added in the property bar - background music.

      5. Why is it prompted that the material is missing when opening the content?

Answer: Missing material refers to the situation where pictures, videos and audio materials are lost in the source files. This is caused by the fact that the materials have not been uploaded.
