1. Slash header
First, click the triangle below the "Table" button in the "Insert" tab of the "Table" function group in the ribbon, and use box selection in the pop-up list to draw out a table with 8 rows and 8 columns. Position the mouse on any cell in the table and you will see that a new "Table Tools" tab appears above the ribbon.

To draw a slash header, select the two cells on the left side of the first row of the table, click the "Draw Slash Header" button in the "Draw Border" function group, and the "Slash Cell Type" dialog box will pop up. Select the type you need and confirm.
2. Merge cells and adjust alignment
借助“表格工具”，这两项任务都可以一键完成。 Click the outer button in the upper left corner of the table, select the entire table, and click the desired alignment in the "Alignment" function group. Select the range of cells that need to be merged, and then click the "Merge Cells" button in the "Merge" function group, and the cells will be merged.
3. Draw double thin lines
In the example table, in order to distinguish morning and afternoon, double thin lines are added to the table. Click the "Line Type" drop-down list in the "Draw Border" function group and select the "Thin Double Line" type. Then click the "Thickness" drop-down list in this function group to specify the thickness for the line type. Then click the "Draw Table" button, you can see that the mouse pointer changes to a pencil shape. Use it to redraw under the corresponding line, and the required line will be drawn.
