A trick to use excel2010 to set up scheduled saving

First, click the "Options" button in the "File" menu option, as shown in Figure 1 below:

In the "excel options" interface dialog box, select "save options" and set the required time interval in the "save automatic recovery information time interval" on the right, as shown in Figure 2 below.
