First log in to Qianniu in workbench mode, enter your username and password to log in,
After logging in to the panel, click "Customer" in the lower left corner.
Then the panel pops up, select the chat history for a certain time period, and then select a person.
Then click "View Chat History", as shown in the picture
The chat history will then open, where you can view the chat history.
Then click the export button in the upper right corner.
The panel will pop up, select the information to be exported, and click "OK".
Finally, a save dialog box pops up, select the export format. If you do not want to import it in the future, it is best to choose a file with the suffix txt format, so that you can open it directly with Word.
