Open the Qianniu workbench and enter your account number and password to log in.

Click on the "Function Menu" above

Select "Manage Contacts" from the drop-down box

At this time, the management contact settings box will pop up and click "Blacklist" on the left to expand the blacklist list.

Then select/check all the blacklists you want to remove and click "Remove from blacklist"

Click "OK" in the Remove Blacklist prompt box that pops up.
