How to delete vouchers in UFIDA financial software?

1. Enter the "Fill in Voucher" interface and find the voucher that needs to be deleted. Click "Void" above the voucher.

 

2. After clicking "Void", the voucher will be marked as invalid.

 

 

3. Click "Organize" at the top of the screen. This arrangement is equivalent to deletion. The system will filter out the vouchers marked as invalid. We need to select which vouchers to delete and click OK.

 

 

4. Finally, the system will ask us to choose "Whether to sort out the broken numbers". If we choose yes, the system will automatically rearrange the broken numbers. If we choose no, the system will leave the certificate broken numbers empty.
