Party B’s Responsibilities

1. Party A’s Responsibilities

2. When the training is not completed but cannot be completed due to reasons that are not attributable to Party B, Party A shall also pay remuneration to Party B.

3. During the training process hosted by Party B, Party A shall designate relevant personnel to actively assist and cooperate and provide operational convenience.

During the training process, if one party fails to implement the contract, the other party has the right to terminate the contract; if one party fails to complete the contract due to training, the other party has the right to appeal to the People's Court.
