After requesting a ride, no driver took the order.

Check whether the positioning is accurate and try to manually adjust the pick-up location to a popular area (such as the entrance to a business district).

During peak hours, you can try to increase fare scheduling or choose the "carpooling" mode to increase the order acceptance rate.

Order canceled by mistake/cancelled by driver

Frequent cancellations may affect your credit score. If you cancel due to non-user reasons, you can contact customer service to appeal (a screenshot of the order is required).

How to reserve a car

Open the APP and select the "Reservation" function, fill in the time and location, and the system will assign a driver in advance (it is recommended to make a new appointment if the order is not received for more than 15 minutes).
