According to the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the chargeable weight of light cargo is calculated according to the cargo length × height × width (CM) ÷ 6000 (irregular cargo, including cones and cylindrical objects, is calculated as a rectangular parallelepiped, which is the maximum size in the three directions of length, width, and height multiplied). The chargeable weight for light throwaway cargo of non-aviation parts is calculated based on half the light throwaway weight of aviation parts of the same volume.

Things to note:

​ ​ 1. If the item is less than 1kg, the settlement will be 1kg.

​ ​ 2. When the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, the settlement will be based on the volumetric weight, length * width * height (cm) / 6000 = volumetric weight (kg).

​ ​ 3. If you transfer to EMS beyond the Yunda delivery area, the settlement will be based on the EMS discount price.

How much does Yunda Express charge?

Domestic shipments: The first weight + additional weight billing model is adopted, and the specific standards are divided by region:

Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions: 5.6 yuan for the first weight, no weight limit;

Guangdong, Fujian and other regions: 9 yuan for the first weight, 4 yuan/kg for additional weights;

Beijing and Tianjin: 9 yuan for the first weight, 5 yuan/kg for additional weights;

Remote areas (such as Xinjiang and Tibet): 25 yuan for the first weight and 20 yuan/kg for additional weights.

The formula for calculating volumetric weight is (length × width × height)/6000 (unit: cm), whichever is greater between the actual weight and the volumetric weight will be charged.

International shipments:

Neighboring countries in Asia (such as South Korea and Japan): 30 yuan for the first weight and 15 yuan/kg for additional weights;

European and American countries: first weight 30 yuan, additional weight 20 yuan/kg;

The minimum billable weight is 0.5KG. If the weight of a single piece is greater than 0.5KG, it will be rounded up to the whole kilogram (for example, 1.6KG will be counted as 2KG).

Special service: The freight for collectible items is borne by the recipient, and the willingness to pay must be confirmed in advance; the insured service is charged at 0.5% of the declared value, and the maximum compensation does not exceed the insured amount.

How to transfer Yunda Express to manual customer service

Dial the hotline: Dial 95546, follow the voice prompts to select "1" to enter the express service, enter the waybill number and press the "#" key, or directly press "0" to skip the voice navigation and go directly to the manual.

Service hours: 8:00-20:00. It is recommended to avoid peak periods (such as 12:00-14:00) to increase the connection rate.

Other channels: Log in to the APP or official website and submit questions through "Online Customer Service". Customer service will respond within 1 hour.

How to cancel Yunda Express

APP operation:

Enter "My" - "Settings" - "Account Management" - "Cancel Account";

Check the agreement and verify the mobile phone number. Submit the application after confirming that there is no balance in the account and no outstanding orders.

Note: Your account cannot be restored after logging out, and you need to re-register to use the service; if you need to retain historical records, you can export order data in advance.

How to check the tracking number of Yunda Express

Official channels:

APP/Mini Program: After logging in, enter the order number in the "Check" column on the homepage, and support scanning code identification;

Official website: Enter Yunda’s official website (www.yundaex.com), click “Express Query” and enter the tracking number;

Customer Service Inquiry: Dial 95546, provide the tracking number, and a manual or intelligent voice will broadcast the logistics status.

Multi-terminal synchronization: Query results are updated in real time, supporting viewing of recipient information, transportation tracks and abnormal prompts (such as delays, damage).

Why doesn’t Yunda Express provide logistics information?

Common reasons:

Tracking number error: Check whether the tracking number contains uppercase and lowercase letters or special symbols (such as "-");

Not collected: The package has not been scanned and entered into the system by the courier, and it will take 1-2 working days;

System delay: Data processing lags behind during peak periods (such as Double 11), so it is recommended to check again the next day.

Solution:

Contact the sender to confirm the order number and delivery time;

Dial 95546 to provide the tracking number and ask for manual verification of the logistics node;

If there is no update for more than 72 hours, you can submit a complaint and apply for compensation (uninsured packages will be compensated at 4 times the shipping cost).

How to send something with Yunda Express

APP order:

Open the APP, click "Ship" and select "Domestic Shipping" or "International/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Shipping";

Fill in the sender's information, item type and weight, and select the door-to-door pickup time or self-delivery outlet;

Pay the freight (supports WeChat, Alipay, and bank cards) and generate an electronic waybill.

Offline shipping:

Go to the outlet to fill in the paper waybill and provide the original ID card to complete the real-name registration;

Fragile items need to be packed by themselves, and insured items need to declare their value and pay an insurance fee.

How to check the sender of Yunda Express

Waybill information: The sender's name, phone number and address are directly displayed on the electronic manifest on the outer packaging of the package (some information is desensitized).
