In order to conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Safety Training for Enterprise Team Leaders", "Work Safety Committee Office 2010, 27th" and [Vice Prime Minister Zhang Dejiang] delivered a speech at the National Coal Mine Team Construction Promotion Conference spirit, further improve the construction quality and management level of our mine team, enhance the team's execution ability, cohesion and combat effectiveness, and promote the good, fast, better and faster development of our mine. Strengthening team building is an effective way to reduce three violations and prevent accidents. Eighty percent of coal mine production is caused by three violations: "illegal command, illegal operation, and violation of labor discipline." One of the characteristics of building a safe and harmonious team is to always adhere to; safety first, strictly implement the safety management system, and resolutely achieve no Command for violation of regulations, strictly require and supervise all members of the team to abide by regulations, standardize operations, and do not violate regulations. This implementation plan is specially formulated based on Bai Guozhou's team management method and the actual situation of our mine.
