Layer Breeding and Feed Production Technical Cooperation Agreement

1. Purpose of cooperation

Under the principle of strategic partnership, in order to enhance Party A’s technological competitiveness and improve Party A’s economic benefits. Party A and Party B will cooperate in the production of green brand layer hen feed and the green breeding technology of layer hen products. Party B will provide technical services for Party A's green brand layer feed production and green layer hen product breeding technology. Party B is the research and development unit of Party A’s green brand layer feed and green brand layer products. The two parties jointly apply for major national industrial technology development projects and provincial and municipal science and technology projects and promotion projects, jointly promote the scientific and technological progress of enterprises, and realize the deep processing of agricultural products to achieve mutual benefit and win-win goals.

2. Rights and obligations of both parties

1. According to the schedule of the cooperation agreement, Party A has the right to require Party B to provide green brand laying hen feed production and green brand laying hen product breeding technology and production series feed formulas. Party A has the right to use the production formula provided by Party B, and Party B shall not transfer or disclose the secret to any party in _______ province and surrounding provinces and cities.
