Tencent Go game rules

1. Chessboard

The chessboard consists of nineteen equidistant and vertically intersecting parallel lines vertically and horizontally. Forming 361 intersection points, referred to as "points".

Comparing the overall shape of the chessboard and the length and width of each grid, the horizontal direction is slightly shorter, usually 2.4 cm per grid: 2.3 cm.

There are nine small dots marked on the chessboard, called "stars". The star in the center is also called "Tian Yuan", see Figure 1.

2. Chess pieces

The chess pieces are divided into black and white and are in the shape of an oblate body.

The number of pieces should be enough to ensure a smooth ending. For the official game, it is appropriate for black and white to have 180 pieces each.

Article 2 How to play Go

1. Each side of the game holds chess pieces of one color.

2. Empty start.

3. Black starts with white, then alternates one piece on the chessboard.

4. After the chess piece is set, it will no longer move to other points.

5. It is the right of both parties to take turns, but either party is allowed to give up the right to use the trap.

Article 3 The Qi of the Chess Pieces

A chess piece is on the chessboard, and the empty point directly adjacent to it is the "qi" of the chess piece.

If there are chess pieces of the same color at points immediately adjacent to the straight line, these chess pieces will be connected to each other to form an indivisible whole.

If there are chess pieces of different colors at the points immediately adjacent to the straight line, the Qi there will not exist. If a piece loses all its energy, it cannot exist on the chessboard.

Article 4 Grapes

The method of clearing the chessboard of the soulless sons is called "raising the sons". There are two types of grapes:

​ 1. After the move, the opponent's chess piece has no energy, and the opponent's chess piece without energy should be extracted immediately.

2. After the move, both sides' chess pieces are in a gasless state, and the opponent's gasless pieces should be extracted immediately.

Article 5: Forbidden points

At any point on the chessboard, if a certain party places a piece, the piece will immediately become airless, and at the same time, the opponent's piece cannot be extracted. This point is called the "forbidden point". As shown in Figure 2, point A is Black's forbidden point.

Article 6 Prohibition of global isomorphism

After making a move, the opponent must not face the same situation again.

Article 7 Ending

​ ​ 1. The chess game is final when both parties agree to confirm the move.

2. When one party admits defeat midway through the game, it is the end.

3. If both sides use false moves continuously, it is the end game.

Article 8 Live and Dead Chess

​​ 1. At the end of the game, after confirmation by both parties, the chess pieces that cannot be extracted are all live chess pieces.

2. At the end of the game, after confirmation by both parties, the chess that can be extracted are all dead chess.

Article 9 Calculating the outcome

                                                                                              out of a chess game in which the pieces have been moved, and the number of pieces is used to calculate the outcome. After the dead pieces of both sides are cleared out of the board, the live pieces of either side and the points surrounded by the live pieces are counted in pieces.

Each side gets half of the empty spots between the live chess pieces.

              Half of the total points on the board, 180.5 points, is the return number. If the total number of points obtained by one side exceeds this number, it is a win, if it is equal to this number, it is a sum, and if it is less than this number, it is a loss.

Installation steps

Special note: The installation package provided by Huajun Software Park contains Android emulator and softwareAPK file, the computer version needs to install the emulator first, and then install the APK file.

  1. First download the installation package from Huajun Software Park. The software package contains an emulator exe installation program and an APK file and unzip them. First click on the exe program to install the emulator.

  2. Double-click the "Tencent Mobile Game Assistant.exe" file to enter the installation interface.
