Reason: The custom shift rules were not set correctly or the shift group was not selected.

Solution: Enter the "Shift Calendar" page, click Customize the shift start date, select the rule group and save it.

Reminder function is invalid

Reason: System permissions are not enabled or the alarm clock is accidentally deleted.
