Login issues

Forgot password: Place the mouse on the avatar in the upper right corner of the page, click Personal Center, and change the password in account management. If the school administrator password is lost, you need to contact Zhixue.com staff to retrieve it.

Account is disabled: If the account is disabled, you need to contact Zhixue.com staff or school administrator for processing.

Unable to log in: Confirm that the username and password are entered correctly, paying attention to capitalization and special characters. Also check the network connection and try to reconnect or change the network environment.

Account management issues

Modification of student or teacher information: After logging in to Zhixue.com, place the mouse on the avatar in the upper right corner of the page, click Personal Center, you can change the student name in class management, and change the teacher name in teacher management.

Student or teacher password reset: You can also reset the student account password in the class management of the personal center, and you can reset the teacher account password in the teacher management.

Class transfer operation: Enter the class management of the personal center, check the students to be transferred, click Transfer Class at the bottom of the page, and select the class to be transferred. If a new student transfers from a class and does not have an account, go to the class management in the personal center, enter the class the student is transferring to, and add a student account. If a new teacher comes to the school and does not have an account, just enter the teacher management in the personal center and add a teacher account.

Installation steps

Special note: The installation package provided by Huajun Software Park contains Android emulator and softwareAPK file, the computer version needs to install the emulator first, and then install the APK file.

  1. First download the installation package from Huajun Software Park. The software package contains an emulator exe installation program and an APK file and unzip them. First click on the exe program to install the emulator.

  2. Double-click the "Tencent Mobile Game Assistant.exe" file to enter the installation interface. Users can click "Install" to select the system's default installation address for installation, or click "Custom Installation" to select the installation path. Custom installation is recommended here.

 3. Wait for the Tencent Mobile Game Assistant emulator to be installed, and then click "Start Now" to open the emulator.

 4. Enter the main interface of the simulator, click the icon in the upper right corner and select the "Local APK Installation" button.

 5. In the pop-up window, click the decompressed APK file, and then click Open.

 6. Afterwards, the software will enter the installation process. You need to wait for a moment. After the software installation is completed, it will appear in my software list. Click the icon and double-click to open it.
