wPrime Benchmark

The official version of wPrime Benchmark is a testing tool specially designed and developed for CPU performance. wPrime The latest version of Benchmark can scan your computer hardware, help users analyze the CPU, and read computer hardware information. wPrime Benchmark software supports multi-core processor operations and can provide users with multiple ways to view information on the main interface.

wPrime Benchmark function introduction

           A perfect threading benchmark to consistently use 100% of your CPU when using it.

                    wPrime Benchmark does this by using CPUz to detect CPU counts and use so many processing threads to avoid any performance penalty due to running multiple threads on any single physical thread.

Each thread is designed to execute 1/ n jobs, where n is the number of threads. For example, if you compute 16 roots on 4 CPUs, each CPU will compute 4 roots. Some may think this threading style is unrealistic in terms of real-time performance, but in fact it is well demonstrated on several real-world tasks such as F @H, it allows you to run multiple worker instances at any time.

Hardware information

                                      wPrime can retrieve most hardware information thanks to CPUz. wPrime The official version of Benchmark can retrieve CPU information such as clock speed, code name, cache size, voltage, etc. It can retrieve the motherboard model as well as the amount of memory, speed and time.

So what does 'Prime' have to do with square roots? Nothing. Originally I had planned a prime number calculator, but there was no logical pattern for each prime number, so it was difficult to determine the accuracy of the results. However, the square root has a logical and simple inversion (the square).

Run 32M: Compute the square roots of the first 32 million integers across all available processors.

32M test, 1042M test, hardware information, query score and other items. Since the 1024M test takes a long time, here we only take 32M as an example.

         This window will pop up automatically after clicking RUN 32M, please wait a moment.

After the test is completed, the user interface window will pop up. We can click on Ciew Scores to view our previous test results.
