Create tool presets:
Select a tool in the toolbox, then set the tool options in the tool options bar, and click on the tool preset drop-down panel

When this option is selected, only the various presets for the selected tool in the toolbox are displayed. When deselected, the presets for all tools are displayed.
Reset tool defaults:
When you select a tool preset, it will be applied every time you choose to change the tool. If you want to clear the preset, click in the upper right corner of the panel
